As I’ve said before, technology is rapidly changing the way you farm and the way we do business. Agriculture runs on information now, and how you receive that information continues to change. That’s why we’ve hired Chris Hansen to head up our digital marketing and communication efforts.
We’re doing our best to communicate with each of you in the way you prefer—whether that be in print, online, via text or email, or a combination. How you connect with FCA will almost certainly change, but our goal is to ensure the way you do business with us will not. We want to continue to provide the same high level of products and service you have come to expect. We’ll aim to keep our communication fast enough to inform you without losing the personal connection we all value.
As our July 31 fiscal year-end approaches, we ask all patrons to bring accounts current to help us close out our books.
